Does anyone remember the milky way advert from the 1990s? The one with the red car and the blue car - it was a cartoon I believe. And then there was the song... #the red car and the blue car had a race, all they wanna do is stuff their face...#!

The red car and the blue car had a race, all red wants to do is stuff his face, he eats everything he sees from trucks to prickly trees but smart old blue he took the milkyway. he's looking for a tasty treat fluffy and light, cos he knows it wont spoil his appetite (yum yum) oh no the bridge is down! old red cant carry on. but smart old blue he took the milkyway.

Not sure if I?m 100% right here Richard with the words on the red & blue car, but it went something like this (ahem): The red car & the blue car had a race, All red wanted to do was stuff his face, He eats everything he sees, from trucks to (something) trees, but smart old blue he took the Milkyway, He?s looking for a chocolate treat, fluffy and light, one he knows won?t spoil his appetite (mmm!mmm!) so smart old blue he chose the Milkyway. So that?s it, or at least what I can remember of it...kinda have a way of remembering useless infomration! ;)

I remember the advert vagely from when I was younger it was my favourite advert in my childhood. No one I know remembers the advert but me which is strange because I must have been about 5 and I cant remember the song or how the advert went. All I can remember is a red and a blue car raceing. Can anyone post back the year/song/and a link to a website so I can see it again Many thanks Richard
