Rubik's Snake

This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

Another one from the Rubik's stable. Anyone remember these? Essentially, it was one long piece of plastic, joined by small links. You could then twist it and bend it into lots of other shapes, a snake, a dog, a ball. No one apart from me seems to remember this and I know I'm not going round the bend!

I still have my green and white one and can impress the kids by making the ball, a dog, a duck and a swan!

I remember searching all over London for one of these but it had to be a black and white one! I found one eventually and still have it.

I had a Rubik's Snake, too! I'm pretty sure from memory that it was black and white. I also remember how hypnotizing it was to play with after a while.

I spent much of my earlier childhood in the hospital and I remember this being one of my favorite "get well" gifts given to me by my parents. It was the same blue and green version thats pictured later when I came home my sister and I would constantly fight over it so to settle any further dispute my mom took me and my sister out and she bought the pink and magenta version for my sister. Sadly mine was lost when we moved but I still have my sisters pink one stashed away in a box in my closet

I had a very large Rubik snake (fnaar fnaar) although it may have been a moody one. My cousin had one also the same xmas. When he cam round we made them into gun shapes and played war. He couldn't "do the ball" so only I had a grenade! ;0)

I remember this from the 80s. I have a purple and teal one I got new from a learning store a couple of years back.
