I used to read Action comic (which was banned eventually) and my dad brought home a copy of 2000AD one Saturday ( I was six at the time). It was issue 13 and I loved it, helped that my Dad did too. We then bought it every week after that. Some superb memories. In fact my Brother still collects it and my Dad still reads it. I gave up with it about 5 years ago.

Judge Dredd was the main cartoon in 2000AD. It was wholly a sci-fi ark humoured comic with very good artwork and graphics. I was about 8 years old when I first started to read the comic and the only reason I read it was because it used to come with a free gift attached to the front. It was normally a pen, rubber, keyring etc... I used to give the comic after I had finished reading it to a friend who is now a magazine editor. I have to say that I cannot stand watching sci-fi.
