American hard rock band fronted by Steve Tyler that first came on the scene in the 1970s with a string of hits such as "Dream On" and "Walk This Way".
Although the band declined in the early 80s they had revived by the end of the decade and in the 90s they were as popular as they had been in the 70s once more.
