In 1981 this band had their biggest UK single "Remembrance Day", which reached (wait for it...) number 61 in the UK Singles Chart!!
So no great shakes in the UK, but they were much bigger in Europe and the US. Because of this you might have heard of them and they did filter into the UK consciousness.
In 1982, they released "Nowhere Girl", which made the Top 10 in many European countries (and number 68) in the UK.
The comic Nowhere Girl was named after this single.
