Bed Bugs

The Bed Bugs game was a frantic 2-4 player board game made by Milton Bradley in 1986. The idea of the game was to catch as many jumping Bed Bugs as possible from a fiercely vibrating bed using a pair of tongs.

Someone would shout out a Bed Bugs colour and then all the players would try to grab as many Bed Bugs of that colour as they could. Then the next person would shout out a different colour and you would all have to try to get the other Bed Bugs as quickly as you could. The winner was the person who caught the most Bed Bugs.

The Bed Bugs game was simple but entertaining.

I saw an advert for Bed Bugs on tv when i was about 5 yrs old and wanted it for my birthday. The advert didn't show how noisy it was though and when it came we switched it on and the noise made me cry! I was too scared to play it until years later!
