Bubble Bells (or Bubble Belles as they are actually spelled) were dolls that came with inflatable accessories. For example, Seabrina doll came with the inflatable Sea Spray Castle with a special bubble pump that you filled with bubble bath. When pumped you would get a fountain of bubbles in the middle of the Sea Spray Castle.
Other Bubble Belles came with different inflatables including a flower and a swan.
