    I dont know about the japanese one, but there was an english one for kids with 2 puppet cats who stole sausages from that man person, and did stuff like that. Anyone know what i'm on about? We used to watch it in primary school, it was legde!

    there was a japanese series called CATS eyes but was anime rather than manga, about a group of female theives

    My favourites were the two posh totties, played by Rosalyn Landour and Tracey Louise Ward (I think). Deffo not manga. CATS stood for Covert Activities Thames Section

    Japanese manga? I think your memory is playing tricks on you. It was english, created by Terence Feely and starred Jill Gascoine and Leslie Ash.
