During the 90s there appeared a strange trend for furry clip-on animals/dolls, but predominantly clip-on koalas. You had to be really careful with them though, as their little pincer hands could hurt if clamped onto your skin accidentally. Most walked around with them clipped onto school rucksacks and pencils. But sometimes, if you were rather bored, you could challenge each other to see how may you could clip up the arm of your school pullover.

    I had one of these koala's in the mid-eighties. I got a pink clip-on (don't know what animal it's meant to be) in a party bag - I've still got it!
