This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

Nobody else I know can remember Farmer Browns Crisps. They were available around 1983 and the advert had a song that went "Farmer Brown, you got a crunchy snack there with lots of savoury shapes like me and you!"

The crisps were potato puffs shaped like pigs, cows, sheep and people.

    I loved these crisps and can vividly remember eating a packet sitting in a supermarket trolley whilst shopping with my mum in Fine Fare on Great Western Road in Glasgow. I was born 1976. Glad a few others remember them too!

    I used to get bought a pack of these or those Superstars football crisps (salt and vinegar, would take the skin off the roof of your mouth) after swimming lessons at Bracknell Leisure Centre, early 80's. Amazing crisps, Walkers should bring them back!

    remember farmer browns crisps very well, I worked in Moutrays filling station were they had their petrol account, and got to know Pajl Quinn well.. I got married in 1990 and he donated boxes of crisps for the night do!! Lol

    I was born '76 and my Uncle bought me a packet every Monday in the early 80's. They were fabulous and I have never tasted anything like it. Great memories. Hurrah for the Internet!

    So funny, I just googled them thinking I had imagined them and found all these comments, I remember being at primary school at lunchtime and everyone envied the kid with the Farmer Brown crisps!!! Totally remembered the tune and song from the advert too. Classic x
