Real name Yorgos Kyriatou Panayioutou, George Michael started his musical career with pop group Wham! in the early eighties. But in 1987 George Michael was ready to go solo and split from the group to release his debut solo album "Faith".

The album sold more than seven million copies and propelled George Michael to even greater fame. Since then George Michael went on to release several more albums including "Listen Without Prejudice" and "Older".
