Goth. 1980s early 90s Goth was a life style and music and fashion scene I did love from the 80s. I was a geeky teenager and loved Laura Ashley and hppy styles until I saw some girls in town wearing velvet frocks, lace gloves and boots and loved the Victorian way they dressed, I loved history and all things old and I thought here's a chance to be cool and get to wear the styles I always wanted to wear ie Victorian clothes. Then I discovered music like the Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus, The Cult and Skeletal family and that was me converted a chance to combine my love of Victoriana, spooky things and scary stories with good music. It took ages to ready , all those bangles, the eye liner, the crimping, the hair spray etc. Happy memories.
