Hands Down was a game with cards and a middle section with 4 plastic hands with matching hand-shaped levers that you could press. I'm not sure I remember the rules, but it had to something do with matching your cards and when something happened, you all had to hit your hand lever and whomever the plastic hand on the bottom of the hand pile belonged to got something towards winning.
You got penalties for making your hand go down when you weren't supposed to and you could 'CHEAT' on your opponents.
