Happy Faces Biscuits

This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

This was probably on TV around 1974, filmed in a children's playschool. The children were given Happy Faces biscuits to play with. It ended on one of the children looking at the sun through one of the biscuits. I know because that child was me. I haven't seen it since 1975!

Everybody knows why we make happy faces so happy, we create a scrumptious filling some jam and then we make them laugh - Ray Brooks enthuses back in 1979 but copyright breach make occur if I mention the rest

These biscuits were nice, used to have them at Cubs I think. Fox's Party Rings were my biggest favourite though, with all the different colours.

I don't think there was any speaking (we only about 3 and they filmed in secret!) all I know is that The last frame was me looking at the sun through the jam! I'd love to see it again, I'd love to show it to my 3 year old boy! No idea where it is though...

Were you the one who said 'I've got a happy face' at the end? I know one of the ads featured a child who said that!
