    loved being called a hippy back in the early 80s at school, I was a geek and made fun of alot but didn't mind it when they called me hippy, witch or "oh there goes Ali to **** on her lettuces and go on a CND march". I dabbled with Goth but was always a hippy at heart and spent my late teens and all my 20s doing the demos and marches and loving the life style, now, at almost 50,? well yeah I am still a bit of a hippy/eccentric type.

    It was when the baby boomers turned to teenager's. It was about peace and love. Sex and drugs. Protesting the Vietnam War. Rock festivals. Our own style of clothing. It was the best time of my life, so far.
