British born singer-songwriter was born in the UK in August 1954, he is most memorable for his hit single "Is She Really Going Out with Him?" which was released in 1979.
Other successful tracks include: "Jumpin' Jive" reached number 43 in the UK Charts in 1981 "Steppin' Out" reached number 6 in the UK Charts in 1982 "Breaking Us in Two" reached number 59 in the UK Charts in 1983 "Happy Ending" reached number 58 in the UK Charts in 1984 "Be My Number Two" reached number 70 in the UK Charts in 1984
Joe released 15+ albums between 1979 & 2008 and performed with the likes of Suzanne Vega & William Shatner. His music was recognised worldwide and many artists covered his hits. It is rumoured that he lives between the UK, Berlin and New York, he has another album release in early June 2011.
