Jovan was a distinctive musk made by Jovan Perfumes. It came in an orange box and the scent itself contained a blend of light musk, jasmine and delicate florals.

    There was also Jovan 'Sex Appeal' men's after-shave. The name alone was hilarious, but the ad. was even funnier, showing an animated sequence of a hunky guy rubbing his back down after a shower to the accompaniment of deep macho-sounding music!! My sister and I used to laugh ourselves silly at that one!

    This is a perfume that you're ashamed to love...because so many people go 'Ewwwww', furthered with remarks about it being 'soooo 80's'! when you say 'Jovan Musk'. I saw a bottle in Coventry Market, the other week and if my best mate hadn't have been with me I would have gone for it!
