I remember these back around 1992 when I was at college. I've never really been that much of a fan of KFC, but when I tasted those biscuits I was addicted. They used to come with a sachet of butter and a plastic knife. The chicken and the biscuit went together perfectly. Thing is, though, the machines for some reason used to always break down, so if they didn't have any I wouldn't buy anything and went hungry. They were around for a few years then, all of a sudden, they stopped selling them, even though they were extremely popular. They still do them in the USA,but not in UK. Why is that? KFC, bring back the biscuit!

    Yes! I'm glad someone else does. I liked them and was gutted when suddenly they didn't exist. It's like that film where The Beatles never happened "Yesterday" everyone pretends they never existed. But we remember! They were real and they were glorious!

    I didn't know that they sold them here for a while. Yep, jellokat's right, the biscuit is still going strong in the US and in most fast food places over there. My mate in Georgia taught me how to make them, so on a rare treat, the family has a meal of fried chicken, (she taught me that one too)! Biscuits and gravy, (yep that one as well)! LOVELY!

    Spudgun67 A lot of people like them. What do you expect if you eat them every single day, your bound to go off them Spudgun67. You should try cooking at least one meal at home.

    yes, we still have them in the u.s., but i've never seen them in a machine. we have the kfc fast food "restaurants" (if you can call them that). if you thought those were good, i'd hate to see how addicted you would be to popeye's (a far better chicken/fast food establishment) biscuits.
