Naf Naf

This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

Naf, the name says it all!

Early 90's 'popular' [read cheap and nasty!] Bomber style jackets, on the back reading: naffco54. OMG! I can actually remember that!

Woo Mash in the early 90s, back when it was extra cool. Got my chipie jeans there too. I was never a fan of naf naf, I prefered G-Force in Kensington's Hyper Hyper.

I remember seeing Silver Bullet in HHC wearing a Naf Naf puffa back in 1989! I bought mine in 1990 from Mash, I still have it today. The puffa cost me ?140 back then!! It had the removable zip arms so you can wear it as a body warmer. It was a London Ting with Naf Naf and you had to Pin Roll the Chipie Jeans with diamond socks & Fila, Jordan iv's or Air Max 90 kicks with an NFL flat - peak cap! They were the days, some bad hanging out in Covent Garden & Trocadero taxing peeps - shame on me!! Anyone remember Triple F.A.T Gosse puffa's? They were dope to, had a body warmer back in the days.

Remember it - thought it was cool - but then the stigma appeared about the clothes actually being "naff". The most vivid memory was of being in school at the time of the French exchange. It was about 2 years after the UK had given up on Naff Naff - yet the French students were still wearing it. The kids in my school scoffed at them for being behind with the times. Was Naff Naff the equivalent of the Burberry nowadays??
