Sausage and tomato crisps by golden wonder - there were amazing!

Though, for many, despite loving eating sausage and tomato and getting quite excited about the idea of these crisps - buying a packet and tasting them was a disappointment! My brother said first smell of these crisps made him feel ill! He insisted they smelt of sick.

Ah well, it takes all flavours.

Maybe time for a come back?

Or maybe not (I hear my Brother shouting)

Try Tayto (they own golden wonder). Just ordered a box, happened upon it by accident but I now have lots of xmas love

I remember these first time round. They were in a mid brown coloured bag by Golden Wonder and were regularly sold at my tuck shop at school around 1981-1982, they were easily the most popular flavour at school and always sold out.

I remember begging a girl to let me have one of her crisps, the sadist took great delight tormenting me and I never got as much as a crumb-I hope Karma caught up with them LOL I had these last year as a birthday treat and very nice they were too!

I can occasionally get these in my local Home Bargains (Barrow). They're pretty cheap too and taste just like the original.
