Secret Sam Spy Case was a spy kit, concealed in a briefcase (plastic) which included camera and gun, both of which could be used while carrying the case. Attaching stock and silencer transformed the hand gun into a sniper rifle. With the periscope attached you had the edge over Johnny Seven though you had to break cover to make your shots count.
