Speed! Speed! It was my first soap opera. Everyday after love and laughter pre-school my eyes gazed in delight at this colorific cartoon drama-rama. My favorite character was racer X or other wise know as Speed racer's older brother.
Now for the best part the cars. The animators did not just draw two or three kinds of cars they drew a slew of radical inspiring shapely automobiles that we might be seen driving today. I even had a chimp chimp doll that joined me for every timely episode.
