Super Mario Brothers

The original and best? Definitely! I still own a Nintendo NES along with a string of games and I never tire of playing Mario. Super Mario Brothers was the first platform game that really seemed to capture the heart of the nation, coming bundled with the NES system.

I distinctly remember my first Christmas with Mario, sat glued to the screen and thinking how cool it was that he went into a castle at the end of each level and put up a flag! Let's face it - Mario is just as popular today as he was in 1985, and without the impeccable gameplay of Super Mario Brothers this would not have happened.

Played and completed this, and everything up to SuperMario World 2 on the SNES. Mario Bros 2 was my least favourite, too, due to the departure from the usual format and the frustrating later levels!

Super Mario Bros. is such an awesome game. I had 3 and then 2 as well. Least favorite is 2. I remember my Daddy (he went to be with the Lord in May) would sit up at night and play this game. I'd find him playing it when I'd get up to go to the bathroom at night.

Still have a Nintendo and Super Nintendo. Those are still awesome. i still have all the super mario brother games. and many more. good to keep it.
