The Andy Williams Show was a real family variety show running from 1957 until 1971 with appearances from many famous star guests. The Andy Williams Show was responsible for introducing us to The Osmonds of 'Crazy Horses' fame

    Iam looking for a singer who sang on the show in the 1960's, I dont know her name or what she sang but she was a black lady with an Incredible voice, I think she is dead now but can anybody help me? I saw her singing on the BBC documentary on Andy Williams but I cant remember her name.

    I seem to remember that Andy would always sing a ballad at some point during the show, from the comfort of a rocking chair. Also, each show ended with a very Bungle-esque bear walking on stage in a search for milk and cookies. As an 8 or 9 year old, I could have left the rest of the show, but it was worth sitting through for the bear!!
