  I remember this - it was on just before Christmas, which somehow made it more spooky. I don't remember the whole story but this boy could see the children in the garden. The old lady who owned the house knew about them too.

  from what I can remember it is based on some books, our teacher read them to us in the late 80's. It was a bit like narnia. I can remember the children lived in a big old manor house. I can't remember much more. But it is based on a book.

  Kids Tv programme about a kid that could see ghosts in an old manor house and featured a sundial ...used to find it very spooky!
