This Memory is looking a little short on nostalgia! Have you got anything you could add?

Playing with Barbie didn't get exciting until her friends, the Heart Family moved in next door. My favourite was the "New Addition" deluxe set that included mom, dad, and tiny baby. Mom wore a fitted lacy dress, but came with a velvet "smock" to make her look like she was pregnant.

    If I had a pound for every toy that's been given away I'd be rich! Why do they do it? It honestly beats me! My Mom used to say "She hasn't got anything, you don't need all these dolls.". Anyway I digress. This family sounds gorgeous, I remember hearing about them but never had them.

    I had the heart family as well mom dad and the kids.all dressed up to the nines they looked great in there heart family car.but my evil dad gave it away i am still mad about it.

    The picture does not actually show the version that I had. The origanal had the woman in a pink and white lacy dress with a daughter with blonde hair and a matching dress. The father had a "one piece slip on suit" that was white pants with blue dress shirt and a pink tie. He came with a son with matching outfit. The reason I know is that I still have them with their original outfits. I thought she was better than Barbie.
