Littlest Pet Shop was a range of toys made by Kenner with adorable little plastic pets and accessories many of which were magnetized so that you could (for example) make a puppy appear to move by pulling him along with his magnetic bone or toy. In 2005 the Littlest Pet Shop was redesigned and relaunched by Hasbro. Original Littlest Pet Shop characters included: Happy Puppy, Hurrying Hamsters, Playful Kittens, Puppy Trio and many more besides.

    I was too old for these toys when they first came out, but my daughter and I now "collect" them. They are her favorite toys and I say that "we" "collect" them because she has over 200 pets and I love them so much I buy the new ones when every they come out. Including the games, puzzles and playsets to get the exclusive pets. Also the only T-Shirts she will wear are LPS as is her back pack and lunch box.

    I loved my Littlest Pet Shop! It still gets played with whenever my cousins come to visit. The only disappointment was that my chameleon wouldn't change colour like it was supposed to :0(

    Hey! I accidently fell across another site and I remembered how much I loved my littlest pet shop. I had sooo many different sets and I can't believe how much I want to start collecting them again. If anyone has the old littlest pet shop, like Katessa, I would love to buy them off of someone for a really good price, as long as I don't have the set. ;] Please do post here if you are selling the old ones! =D

    I LOVED littlest pet shop!! I remember I'd get a new set practically everytime we went out. I believe it drove my parents crazy, lol. I vaguely recall there being a tv show too, and I watched it before I went to school everyday when I was like in first or second grade.

    I still have all of mine, minus some pieces...I got so many when I was little! I think the new ones are a joke...they're trying to bring back all the old toys and they suck compared to the old ones...they should just make them like the old ones, but with new sets. Same with My Little Pony. I had some of the big playsets like the care center, and the pet shop...I never did get the Zoo though. My very first one was the Dalmation with the carrier.

    i remember coming home from school on my birthday i was turning 6 my mom showed me a littlest pet shop dog and i loved that dog like it was a real person i remember those little plastic bobbleheads lined up across my dresser top
