Steve Martin stars as Doctor Michael Hfuhruhurr the world famous neurosurgeon who pioneered "cranial screw-top brain entry".

Kathleen Turner plays the woman who marries Doctor Hfuhruhurr for his money and conveniently has a headache whenever he tries to consummate their marriage.

Bizarrely Doctor Hfuhruhurr ends up falling in love with a brain in a jar.
