The Quest

American TV series that starred Kurt Russell and Tim Mattheson as cowboy / indian brothers who had been seperated as children. The plot followed their search for their long lost sister who was kidnapped as a child and was thought to be living with a tribe of Indians, the outcome was never concluded due to filming being cancelled because of poor viewing ratings.

This 15 episode series western was aired on NBC during September in 1976 and ran through to December the same year.

I remember watching this at my Grandma & Granda's house when I stayed there at weekends! Kurt Russel was alright but I liked his dark haired brother (Tim Matheson ?) I thought he was hot, when I was 8 or 9 years old!!

Oh Crikey yes, I remember this one alright- largely due to my older sister having had a rapacious crush on Kurt Russell ('Two Persons' as his character's Indian name was). She had a massive poster of him on the back of her bedroom door that stayed there for years, long after the show had ended and was getting forgotten about! I think that Kurt Russell went on to marry Goldie Hawn (though they're dvorced now).
