The Raccoons

I'm amazed I'm the first to write a description on this cartoon. Who doesn't remember The Raccoons? It was one of the best cartoons of the eighties with THE best theme tune of any 80's cartoon (if not ever). This was THE one cartoon I couldn't wait for all week... then finally it came on, on Saturday morning on "Going Live", when Phillip Scholfield still had colour in his hair and Gordon the Gopher hadn't been replaced by Edd the Duck.

Totally brilliant show! And agree about the theme tune...'you can run with us'? second only to the jace and the wheeled warriors theme tune, if anyone remembers that?

i remember! quality nostalgic tv. the sort of program you dont get for the little ones these days. These days all they get is computer generated cr*p. What a program!
