Touch Me was an arcade game made by Atari sometime in the late 70's or early 80's. It was one of my favorite Christmas presents. It's similar to the game Simon. You copy the computer by touching colored buttons that light up and produce sounds. It's scored in rounds and each time you are correct it will add another button. You keep going until you finally mess up and you're score is shown in digital window.
