Vanilla Ice rose to fame in the late 80's as a hip-hop star with his chart topper "Ice Ice Baby". He also brought in the highlightening of the hair. Vanilla Ice's hair had blonde streaks along the top and sides of his short hair style.

Vanilla Ice is still around today doing a little acting here and there and even appearing on a dodgy UK reality TV show (The Farm) with other hasbeen celebrities.

    He was the first white guy to cut it commercially succesfully as a rapper, I remember.

    He also performed a song during a scene in the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' movie. Both the song and the movie were absolutely naff, incidentally.
