Like Peter of Hepburn, I had penny bricks when I was a child and I often think of the time when both my parents were alive and the happy times. I remember getting them for Christmas and I remember Mr Perriwinkle. I also remember my brothers friend standing on Mr Perriwinkle and breaking him. I was so upset. I loved and cherished my penny bricks. My brother had a wooden farm yard and I made the farm house with my penny bricks. I had great fun. Does anyone remember Tressy with the hair that grew.
