Perhaps you can give us some idea of how to reproduce it.
For example:-
For Primary fermentation: Young's Barley Wine brewing kit + 2 lbs dark spray malt, using a 'Champagne' yeast (e.g.Lallemand Lalvin EC1118); then, for secondary fermentation, add 2 litres of orange juice (not from concentrate, no pulp).
Let it finish; prime bottles and let it condition for several months, and enjoy. :-)
