I first bought a pair of Loon pants in 1967. I'd moved to a little village in the cotswolds & I went to the boutique & asked if they had any, as I'd seen some in a magazine. The lady went upstairs and rooted out an old metal box, and there was just one pair in there. and in my size. I used to wear them with a cheesecloth top, tied under the bust. I wore them till they fell apart! By the 70s, stirrup trousers, or ski pants, had come into fashion.
