I worked for Golden Wonder as a Sales Rep for two years 1966 - 1968 Great job. they were riding on the crest of a wave at that time I went to a meeting in Manchester one night where they launced Roast Chicken flavor. I ate 6 packets on the 30 mile journey Home and was as sick as a Dog. Trouble was I had to start selling them the day after. Very happy days for me at GW. I used to get a 2000 case order every Friday morning at a Cash & Carry only 1/2 Mile from where I live. Apart from Walkers, I still think they were the best Crisps ever, what went wrong I wonder?
