Milky Way advert yes certainly do! Loved it! Was re-released 20 years later in 2009, allbeit a slightly modified version
Star Trek: The Next Generation I Absolutely LOVED (and still do) this show. The reason why Counsellor Deanna Troi was on the bridge of the Enterprise was possibly to do with the fact that, apart from being the ship's counsellor, she also just happened to be one of the senior officers. I don't agree that the characters were one dimensional at all. In fact, as the series progressed, you began to see some serious character development which meant that the gradually developed and changed over the course of the series.
Its worth mentioning too that had this series not existed, Deep Space Nine,Voyager and Enterprise probably wouldn't have existed either. Star Trek: The Next Generation was one of the best sci-fi shows ever on television.
Blockbusters Yeah I loved blockbusters as well. One of the best things on tv in the 80's. Who could forget that classic "Can I have a P please Bob!" Just watching those people's reactions when they said that was absolutely classic!
Hamlet Cigars advert what about the football one where the guy goes to take a penalty kick and the ball and it hits one of the other players where it hurts and he has to be stretchered off?
Hamlet Cigars advert that advert with Russ Abbott wasn't for hamlet cigars but a similar brand of cigars called Castella, I believe.
Hamlet Cigars advert yes the music was indeed J S Bach's "Air on A String". Used to love these adverts. the first one I saw was the one with the balloonist where the guy goes up in a balloon but then hits a tree and the balloon then deflates.
