Caramac Digestive I'm not certain what you are saying Woolworths sold. I worked for them for 56 years in the 60's and I can't recall any such biscuits, but u might be right. Jacobs (for whom I worked after woolies)used to do a caramel half coated digestive biscuit I think.
If you want something similar now then the solution is Gold bars which is like a Breakaway but with caramel rather than Milk chocolate.
Burton's Potato Puffs Its really surprising the number of us that remember them from school tuck shops. Red and yellow packaging and only a few pence a bag. Nothing like them nowadays. Before their time Nibbets were popular for kids but not as special as Potato Puffs. I think the schools all got sold the idea of a 'tuck shop' by Burtons' van salesmen as a means to make a few extra funds for the school. The Burtons connection is probably why a number of writers remember their Wagon Wheels. I think Burtons did their own choc mallows too. Happy Days !
Burton's Potato Puffs i remember potato puffs from my 1960's school days when they were on sale in the 'tuck shop'. We only had plain ones in a red packet. they were like blistered pieces of lightly salted potato with a buttery taste. Of course the shop also did well selling Burton's wagon wheels too and Macdonalds chocolate marshmallows.
