The original version of Mr. Mouth was not that of a frog but a big Pacman-type head. As the picture shows, it had four branches off it, each with a small plastic hand. The game came with small disc-shaped multicolored pieces and the mouth spun around whilst opening and closing. Whoever got all of their chips in Mr. Mouth's mouth first, won! I loved that game.
