My Magic Kissing Dragon

My Magic Kissing Dragons were produced by Galoob in 1994. They were prettily coloured dragons about seven inches high with two legs so they stood upright, two little arms rather like a kangaroo's arms, a pair of pretty wings and cute faces with big eyes and open mouths. They were made from pliable vinyl and had a colour change symbol on their tummies. Each dragon came with a magic flower drinking bowl and a small bottle of scented essence which you could wear on a cord around your neck so you didn't lose it. You filled the magic flower bowl with a little cold water and added a drop of essence, then you took your dragon and squeezed him tightly around the middle before putting his mouth carefully into his magic drinking bowl. When you gently released him he drank up all his drink, the bowl only held about a couple of teaspoons. Now you could squeeze him in small puff squeezes and he would blow you scented misty kisses. Even better, if you had one of the four beautiful play sets, one of which was a really sweet castle for your dragons to live in, you could blow kisses to make magical things happen in your dragon's world. I had a Magic Kissing Dragon, I always thought of him as he although I do believe he was predominantly pink and called something like Twinkle. I do remember that the essence I had smelt deliciously of strawberries. Anyway I thought it was a very cute toy indeed and I was sad the series was so short lived.
