Star bar

Starbar was Cadbury's first attempt to take on the big gus - Mars and its Marathon bar in the mid-70s. It still exists today. The ad for it in the 70s featured a woman walking alongside a horse which was pulling a bage along a canal.(Not sure what that had to do with anything!).

Other names the Star bar has gone under include: Moro Peanut in Ireland, Nunch, Nudge, Peanut Boost, and in Canada and Germany it's called Wunderbar. Whatever ou call it, it's very satisfying with a cup of tea or glass of milk. Mmmmm. .
