I was really bored one day listening to the same old crap that gets churned out on the radio and it made me think back to the bands that I listened to when I was a teenager. My favourite bands were fine young cannibals and bronski beat. So I decided to take a trip down memory lane and see why I used to love fine young cannibals so much. It only took me a minute to realise why I did! I had forgotten how totally addictive the songs were and how unique Roland Gifts voice is. I have my own favourites like Johnny come home, good thing and suspicious minds but every song has a beat running through it. It's only now that I realise how talented this band is and what total and utter rubbish we are sometimes subjected to every day. I'm just glad that my teenage years were spent listening to some of the best bands there will ever be!
