BMX was the first great bike that became an retro phenomenon through out from the 50's - present it's great for flat terraines and going down steep hills but only made for off roads like parks and circuits. It's faster speed agility and negociate curves and bends but can't go up hills only great for going down and bmx is not designed for long hauls they only for short journeys but bmx is great for it's enforced heavy duty frame that can't buckle on impact but has no shock brakes or axels the speed can be reduced by clutching both handbreaks for an slower smooth ride but in appearance bmx are ahead of it's time and i love it .
