Oh Happy Band was a sitcom about a brass band, set in a sleepy English village called Nettlebridge, circa 1981. There was one episode where, under their band leader Harry Worth, they tried to get into the Guinness Book Of Records by playing their instruments in a bunch of hot-air balloons. In another episode the band became involved in campaigning to stop the building of a new local airport. The show was broadcast on the BBC.
