Rollerboy?

Anyone remember a toy in the shape of a boy with a yellow wheel through his torso? If my memory serves, his arms and legs were blue, his body red and he had a blue crash-helmet painted onto his head. You'd push his head back, position his arms and legs as though he was diving and then do your best to make him travel on the wheel. Can't remember the name - Rollerboy or something like that. Any takers?
