This was a doll that could have a phone chat with you. She had a tiny red phone and you had a larger version with a white button on it. When you pressed this button the doll would say, "Do you like my new dress? / I love you..." etc. Most of the time I made her 'rap' by repeatedly pressing the button! I guess this doll was good for kids who wanted to move on from the 'imaginary friend' stage.
